Due to the custom nature of our handmade cards and printing services, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. All custom orders are made specifically to your specifications.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
If a return is approved due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For returns approved for other reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect returned items, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
